We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your journal arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@thoughtfulmindscollective.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided by email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and display the refund.
